We want every dog to love Alfie’s Treatos! That’s why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee—if your pup doesn’t like the treats, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll provide store credit for the value of the product.
Additionally, we have a 30-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can make it right.
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or opened products. However, if your pup refuses to eat the treats, our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures you won’t be out of pocket.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if necessary.

If your pup doesn’t love their treats, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue store credit for the value of the product. No need to send it back—just reach out to our team here with your order details.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for food products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Other non-returnable items include gift cards and sale items. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item, we’re happy to exchange it. Please contact us, and once your return is accepted, we’ll guide you on the next steps.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. However, this does not apply to perishable goods such as food items. If eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
